Chief People Officer
As Founder of 29Bison–our newly acquired human capital consulting firm–Laura now joins us in a new position as SolomonEdwards’ first-ever Chief People Officer.
With decades of experience in the fields of human capital, private equity, inclusive capitalism, stakeholder capitalism, and mergers and acquisitions, Laura provides a unique, data-driven perspective to the professional services arena.
Her people-centric approach is well suited for this new role, where she provides strategic and operational leadership for SolomonEdwards’ internal People & Culture capabilities, while also overseeing our Human Capital consulting practice.
