Jim serves as a Principal in SolomonEdwards’ Transaction & Regulatory Advisory Practice, leading our CFO-as-a-Service (CFOaas) offering.

He has 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, IPO preparation, transaction advisory services, process improvement, and operational reorganizations.

Jim possesses a diverse background in many industries and has spent over ten years as an owner or partner of consulting firms focusing on transformation, restructuring, integration, and strategy execution supporting the CFO organization.
