We deployed a cross-functional team in support of its IPO readiness efforts across multiple areas: financial reporting, SOX internal controls, technical accounting and technology enablement—supporting SEC filing requirements and preparing the client for public company operations.
Although the IPO was ultimately paused when our client alternatively agreed to merge with another industry player, our team established sustainable reporting structures and internal controls that positioned the client for public company compliance—foundational work that continues to support the company throughout the client’s transaction lifecycle.
