We designed and implemented a custom solution for the client, which we built over five months before deploying the system and training users.
Productivity soared with the new system: Claims processing increased to 25,000 a month; previously, it had taken a year to process that many claims. The productivity also translated into top-line growth, which quadrupled, and bottom-line growth, which grew even more significantly.
