Prior to SolomonEdwards, TJ spent nearly nine years with a global staffing and professional services firm, where he led national operations for permanent recruitment. There, he built efficient, tech-enabled operations across AI and automation, ATS/CRM systems, billing, and compliance—always focused on improving team performance and the client experience.
Known for his blend of operational rigor and creativity, TJ is passionate about helping teams grow through training, communications, and experiences.
