Samantha Mills

Samantha Mills, CPA, MAcc is Chief Financial Officer of SolomonEdwards, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading finance organizations through growth, transformation and increasing complexity. Her career spans public accounting, global controllership, corporate strategy, acquisition integration and commercial finance, giving her a broad perspective on how finance can strengthen both business performance and operational decision-making.

Prior to SolomonEdwards, Samantha served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Unit CFO at Adecco, where she led financial operations and partnered across the organization to simplify processes and improve business and client delivery. Earlier, during nearly a decade with Brightstar, she advanced through a series of finance and strategy leadership positions, including Assistant Global Controller, Director of Global Strategy & Development, CFO of Mobile Leasing Solutions and Vice President, Head of Finance for North America. She began her career in audit at KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant.
