As Managing Partner of our Professional Search practice, Michelle brings nearly 30 years of staffing industry experience. She draws on deep expertise across executive leadership, sales, delivery and advisory roles to help organizations advance strategic growth initiatives while building high-performance, collaborative cultures. Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, she served as Vice President at a global staffing firm, where she oversaw the U.S. Search team.
Michelle’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to expanding the national footprint of our Professional Search services and strengthening how we support clients across our consulting business.
Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about philanthropy and leads her nonprofit, Operation Be Kind, which supports underserved communities in the Bay Area through kindness and community engagement.
