Margaret has over 25 years of experience as an operations and financial management executive who is skillful at designing strategy and directing multiple initiatives to achieve exceptional results. She possesses significant leadership experience in complex and high growth environments, achieving results in the project management of business process optimization initiatives to address corporate governance and compliance, operational efficiency, gross margin maximization and revenue growth. She effectively influences, mobilizes and builds a critical mass of support to achieve business objectives.
