She possesses significant leadership experience in complex and high growth environments, achieving results in the project management of business process optimization initiatives to address corporate governance and compliance, operational efficiency, gross margin maximization and revenue growth. She effectively influences, mobilizes and builds a critical mass of support to achieve business objectives.
