As Managing Partner, George Kelly will focus on modernizing the OCFO solution portfolio and optimizing team delivery nationally. He has over 30 years of experience in the business advisory, professional services and staffing areas. Based in Chicago, George is known as a proven leader adept at building strong teams, driving operational excellence and delivering value to clients. He was previously a Managing Director for a global organizational consulting firm leading growth in the private equity and industrial sectors.
Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in leadership roles at a global consulting and recruiting firm and its affiliated companies, where he held leadership roles overseeing bench management, sales and client services across audit, tax, compliance and accounting advisory. A Chartered Accountant (ACA), George also has experience in public accounting in the U.S. and holds a master’s degree in accounting and business management from University College Dublin.
