Based in Houston, Bryan brings nearly 20 years of tax services experience across a wide range of industries. His background includes serving as Vice President of Tax for a public multinational company, as well as extensive experience in public accounting, including the Big 4, advising large multinational corporate clients.
Bryan’s expertise spans a comprehensive range of tax services for both public and private companies, including global and domestic tax consulting, tax compliance, M&A tax considerations, tax controversy, accounting methods, ASC 740, interim tax reporting, legal entity structuring and rationalization, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 design and documentation.
In addition, Bryan is highly experienced in optimizing tax functions within organizations. He has built and led tax departments across multiple industries, driving process innovation, aligning tax strategies with broader business objectives, and leveraging technology and data transformation. His work includes tax department assessments, tax operating model optimization, strategizing with organizations to align the tax department with company objectives, and leading both the internal build-out and outsourcing of tax functions.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the AICPA.
