Alonso is a Senior Manager in the Banking & Financial Services Practice at SolomonEdwards. Alonso started his career implementing and supporting applications in the International banking area of the largest bank in Mexico. He acquired experience on banking products such as Money Market, Corporate Checking, Funds Transfer, Foreign Exchange, clearing services. He is also familiar with banking compliance and regulations: BSA (AML), KYC, OFAC. Through his career in Banking, he acquired expertise in IT audit, application implementation, quality assurance and database management. Alonso has both led and participated in IT audit reviews spanning multiple industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, seismic data and financial services. With over 20 years of experience working in high demand information technology environments he has lately focused on designing and developing solutions to improve data management and analytics through automation.
