Our Recruiter Promise

We hold integrity, transparency and quality as cornerstones of everything we do. Our recruiters embody these values with every interaction, ensuring a professional, respectful and secure candidate experience.

What to expect from our recruiters

When contacted by SolomonEdwards, you can trust that our recruiters will always:

  1. Reach out via phone call, LinkedIn InMail, or email from a verified SolomonEdwards domain (@solomonedwards.com). Be cautious of fraudulent lookalike domains and verify the address carefully before engaging.
  2. Engage with you professionally, treating you with kindness and respect.
  3. Conduct interviews either in person at one of our offices or virtually through Microsoft Teams, a secure and trusted platform.
  4. Use secure, compliant methods to onboard you.
  5. Coordinate directly with you and our clients to provide necessary equipment like laptops and headsets for your role.

What our recruiters will never do

For your protection, it is important to know that our recruiters will never:

  1. Ask questions about protected characteristics like race, gender, age, or religion (or share theirs). We only evaluate candidates based on merit, including job-related skills, experience and qualifications.
  2. Request personal details through unsecure or informal channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  3. Contact you through an unsolicited text message. While our recruiters may occasionally text job seekers, this will typically only occur after an established relationship has been formed.
  4. Ask for financial transactions of any kind—such as buying a gift card, purchasing your own equipment, or paying for job placements.
  5. Ask you to communicate with an email that does not belong to our official SolomonEdwards domain.
  6. Sell or broker your information to a third-party for money. For more details on how we handle personal information, including state-specific rights, please read our privacy policy.

Warning: beware of recruitment scams

Recently, individuals posing as SolomonEdwards recruiters have contacted job seekers via text message and offered fake job opportunities. These imposters often request interviews on platforms like WhatsApp, aiming to exploit job seekers financially.

Please know: SolomonEdwards will never ask for payment in exchange for job opportunities. These fraudulent activities are not only malicious but illegal. We have reported these incidents to the Federal Trade Commission and LinkedIn and are actively working with authorities to combat these scams.

If you believe you have been targeted by a scammer pretending to be a SolomonEdwards recruiter, we urge you to contact us immediately at itsec@solomonedwards.com. Include screenshots and any relevant details. Finally, be sure to block and report the scammer’s phone number.
