A global financial services company with multiple regions and business units needed to enhance and streamline its use of Salesforce to gain a single, holistic view of its opportunity pipeline, increase automation and enable easier customer relationships. The client had been using Salesforce on three separate platforms, which prevented global visibility into the business and full process automation. In addition, the client wanted to add the capability to generate loan documents and enable electronic signatures from Salesforce. Finally, the enhanced solution needed to be scalable, easy for non-technical staff to maintain and able to operate with different languages and currencies.
We performed a technical assessment and created a roadmap to consolidate the three instances of Salesforce usage and configure 80% of standard processes for automation.
