A $10B regional bank needed an experienced Small Business Administration (SBA) servicing manager to supervise the SBA servicing team in an interim capacity. This interim leader needed to possess strong leadership skills and an understanding of SBA systems, exceptions and programs, in addition to having experience managing SBA servicing and knowledge of SBA standard operating procedures, including specific expertise with 1502 reporting.
