Our healthcare client was a small startup when we first partnered with them to build a platform to support their collaborative community of podiatrists, which helped the diabetic population with limb issues. We provided a full team of business and technology consultants to create a community portal on the Salesforce platform, leveraging a user-interface framework tool, which allowed them to stand up a mobile-first platform. Podiatrists use the application to capture a full-foot examination of diabetic patients, enabling doctors to identify health risks and make recommendations for shoes and inserts. Because the platform held HIPAA data and other private information, it demanded robust data security, which the Salesforce solution offered, allowing the company to utilize a single platform to aggregate the data while providing comprehensive reports and processes.
We delivered a fully custom solution that allowed the client to realize its long-time vision for the application while also providing scalability to grow and adapt. Our team continued to support the solution as it went live. By using our expertise for this initiative, rather than having to build or hire an internal team, the company saved hundreds of thousands in salaries while achieving the desired outcome.
