An $8B community bank was looking for an experienced business analyst to assist with mapping data from the new deposit account opening function in nCino to the core system, Signature.
Over approximately 60 days, our business analyst provided data validation support for the migration of data from nCino to Signature. The business analyst was primarily responsible for resolving all defective data elements during the conversion process. The analyst researched any errors that occurred to identify the root cause and then would ensure the correct input was made into the system.
The analyst reviewed and validated 319 data elements, identifying defects in 26% of them. This effort prevented over 400,000 errors in the 1.6 million records processed. Our work with the client resulted in a smooth and successful integration, assuring the timely launch of a new deposit account opening system.
