Our change management expert guided the change management initiative—identifying existing process gaps and potential implementation risks. We then recommended a process framework for implementing the new shared services model.
We helped the client team build out the framework and successfully implement the new shared services model. In addition, we left behind a customizable toolkit for each region and led change impact forums to ensure buy-in.
