A large medical and educational health system needed to combine two sizable IT departments, each with over 800 people from widely varying cultures who had uneven compensation and other benefits packages. The organization had concerns about the change management aspects of the integration and its ability to retain employees over the course of the initiative.
We provided both change management best practices and a communications strategy and plan for the entire integration to improve acceptance of the changes. We also collaborated with internal teams to develop an updated risk mitigation and crisis communications plan.
