Mike has extensive experience in accounting and reporting for public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity transactions and complex consolidation topics. Mike also brings deep and hands-on experience in all aspects of public reporting for SEC registrants from registration statements to the preparation of periodic filings.
