After spending the first portion of his career focused on the management of back-office operations, payments, item processing, commercial lending and treasury management, he transitioned to the technology side of banking, focusing on cloud-based platforms, process improvement, workflow and integration development. Frank specializes in partnering with institutions to design a technology strategy and digital experience that enables frictionless and efficient customer and staff experiences. Frank has served as an executive, CIO and division head at organizations ranging in revenue size from $100M to over $150B, making him uniquely positioned to understand the processes, pain points and solutions required by a wide range of institutions.
