Frank is a Senior Vice President in the Banking & Financial Services practice at SolomonEdwards and with 30+ years in the banking industry, brings a strong balance of expertise across all areas of the financial organization. After spending the first portion of his career focused on the management of back-office Operations, Payments, Item Processing, Commercial Lending and Treasury Management, he transitioned to the Technology side of banking focusing on cloud-based platforms, process improvement, workflow and integration development. Frank is focused on partnering with institutions to design a technology strategy and digital experience to create frictionless and efficient customer and staff experiences. Frank has served as an Executive, CIO, and Division Head at organizations spanning from $100MM to over $150B so he is uniquely positioned to understand the processes, pain points, and solutions required by a wide range of institutions.
