Candace Caley is the Chief Operating Officer and founder of our Banking & Financial Services Practice. She previously served as Managing Partner of the Central Region, covering major delivery hubs in Houston, Dallas and Chicago. Bringing over 30 years of professional services experience in financial and operational consulting, Candace has helped many clients increase profitability through the re-engineering of financial, operational, and business processes. Supporting clients that include a variety of commercial and mortgage financial institutions, as well as the GSEs, large seller-servicers, the FDIC, and the SBA. Candace is recognized as a trusted advisor who knows how to get the job done on time and at budget. She oversees a national team of subject matter experts and client delivery professionals. Candace herself is a subject matter expert in the areas of compliance and risk, having an expertise in performing compliance risk assessments and regulatory responses to findings on compliance and risk issues. She also has deep experience supporting client engagements related to business process improvement around the audit and overall risk functions.
