Home / Creating a Program Management Framework
A global leader in networking technology had a newly formed business-critical group that operated in a siloed manner, impeding cross-functional collaboration. The evolving group needed a governance and reporting structure within and across the organization. They sought our help to develop a program management process and structure that increased communication and productivity while allowing for the fluid environment of the group.
We used change management best practices to engage key stakeholders, identify risks and concerns, and introduce new reporting processes to the group. Using existing software tools, we created a program management framework to deliver communications at regular intervals and organize and store team data and documents.
Our approach allowed us to remove roadblocks, leading to quick acceptance of the framework. The process of developing and implementing the framework and establishing a communications cadence increased the group’s awareness and productivity and energized team members to work together to solve problems and meet key milestones.
