As a Principal in SolomonEdwards’ Banking & Financial Services Practice, Chris leads our Consumer Finance and Mortgage Services Delivery Team. He has successfully executed key initiatives across complex areas in highly regulated and demanding environments as a Program and Project Manager for many of our largest client engagements. Some of these projects have included developing and integrating new operating models with various products and processes for large national Origination, Servicing, and Customer Service organizations. Chris joined SEG bringing over 20 years of experience primarily in Consumer Lending and Mortgage operations with companies in the midst of rapid growth and expansion. He is recognized for his grasp of operational detail, ability to lead and collaborate with project teams across the entire enterprise and deliver on operational efficiencies that fuel profitable growth alongside fiscally responsible decision making.
