The expansion will be led by Michael Fleming, Principal in the Transaction & Advisory Services Practice. Mike is an experienced financial advisor with over 19 years of financial, management and restructuring experience and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He has advised companies, debtors, private equity investors, and creditors to affect successful transactions from acquisitions to turnarounds across a wide range of industries. Additionally, he has facilitated fraud and forensic accounting investigations, attest services, purchase accounting and fresh-start reporting matters on a global basis. Mike is an active member of Association of Insolvency Advisors (AIRA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Boston.
