[Wayne, PA] – [May 31, 2023] – SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm, today announced that it has appointed John (“Jack”) Gavin to its board of directors. Gavin brings the SolomonEdwards board a track record of success in scaling companies and over 40 years of experience, with a particular focus on management consulting and business services. He is currently chair of the board of directors at Gypsum Management and serves as an advisor to Goldman Sachs Value Accelerator and a number of other public and privately held companies.

Gavin’s appointment to the board is a significant step for SolomonEdwards as it continues to scale following a majority investment from Renovus Capital Partners in 2022. “Jack’s deep background in both consulting and private equity will be put to great use as SolomonEdwards seeks to make additional investments and acquisitions,” commented Renovus Founding Partner, Jesse Serventi. “He will be a strong addition to the board who will add value immediately.”
Prior to building his portfolio of board and advisory roles, Jack was a senior executive at Right Management and Arthur Andersen.
