Senior Vice President, Resource Management Office & Operational Excellence

Margaret Wolford serves as the Senior Vice President for SolomonEdwards’ Resource Management Office & Operational Excellence. In this role, she establishes, directs and oversees a team responsible for the execution of consistent and sustainable practices when deploying resources and managing field logistics in the fulfillment of consulting contracts across the country.

Margaret has over 25 years of experience as an operations and financial management executive who is skillful at designing strategy and directing multiple initiatives to achieve exceptional results. She possesses significant leadership experience in complex and high growth environments, achieving results in the project management of business process optimization initiatives to address corporate governance and compliance, operational efficiency, gross margin maximization and revenue growth.  She effectively influences, mobilizes and builds a critical mass of support to achieve business objectives.

If you could do anything else as an occupation, what would it be?

Sports commentator for professional tennis.

What do you do outside of work to relax and recharge?

Play tennis for exercise but also competitively.

What is your proudest personal or professional accomplishment?

Ranked 4^th in the nation in junior doubles and played singles against Chris Evert (and lost miserably!).
