Chief Operating Officer

Candace joined SolomonEdwards in 2007, founding the Houston office, as well as the national Banking & Financial Services (BFS) practice. Prior to her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Candace served as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, she also served as Managing Partner of the Central Region, covering major delivery hubs in Houston, Dallas and Chicago, as well as Managing Partner of the coast-to-coast BFS practice.

With over 25 years of professional services experience in financial and operational consulting for the financial services industry, her clients span large commercial and mortgage banks, the major GSEs (FNMA and FHLMC), large seller-servicers and the FDIC and the SBA. She oversees a team of delivery experts who serve large and medium-sized financial services clients across the nation. Candace also acts as a subject matter expert on BFS projects related to audit and compliance, as well as to loss mitigation and other operational business process improvement projects for mortgage banks and servicers.
